By commissioning me, you automatically agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described here.

All commissions will include a watermark. Do not remove, edit, or tamper with my signature. Do not claim my work as your own.

All commissions are for personal/non-commercial uses only. You CANNOT resell the piece or mass-produce my work.

You CAN print or create a physical reproduction of the artwork so long as it is for your personal use only.

Commissions are NOT allowed to be sold as NFTs or anything of a similar nature. Commissions are NOT allowed to be used for anything related to AI art production.

I may use your piece in promoting my commissions or post the piece on social media. If you wish for your commission to be private, please state so at the start of the ordering process.

Commissions may take up to 1 or more months to finish, depending on the complexity of the commission. This timeframe is also dependent on my current workload and health.

If there is a desire for a quicker timeframe, please discuss it at the beginning of the ordering process. There will be an additional fee depending on the turnaround time and will require reliable response time from the commissioner.

All pieces are delivered in high-res, 300 DPI, and png format. No commissions will be delivered physically.

WIP updates may be opted in as requested. Updates will include an initial sketch, lineart/color update, and before final touches update. After each update, the commissioner needs to approve each stage so I can continue the piece.

Tips are not necessary, but highly appreciated!

Please carefully review the initial sketch provided. Changes at this stage may be altered for free.

The best way to avoid a lot of revisions is to provide me with every necessary detail in the ordering process.

After the sketch phase, any additional alterations may cost extra depending on the changes.

No more than 3 revisions are allowed after the sketch phase.

Revisions are no longer allowed once the lineart/color phase is approved and the rendering process has begun.

All prices listed are in USD and paid through PayPal invoices. You are responsible for handling currency conversions. PayPal fees are already included in the invoice.

An upfront payment of 50% of the total cost of the commission is required before I begin the process of your commission. The second half of the payment is expected before I send you the final artwork.

Each payment must be paid within 1 week of receiving the invoice.

Once I’ve begun the process of the commission, the first payment is non-refundable and acts as a cancellation fee.

There are NO REFUNDS after the completion of the piece.

I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. It will be sent to your email as a PayPal Invoice (you are not required to have a PayPal account).

You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason. You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission.
